Zero stars would be my choice, but since your site won’t allow that, I pressed one. I have never been so unhappy with a company. I will tell everyone I know and post on social media not to use you.
I placed an order to be delivered 8/12-8/13. Four days later it has still not been delivered.
I have talked to customer service 6 times, each of whom Dishonestly told me order would be delivered That day, all untrue.
Im so disgusted with the customer service of this company, who not only does NOT solve the problem per their company promise, but also tells you untruths just to get off the phone. Ive been a loyal customer and Passport member for 5 years, but I will no longer be after this terrible experience.

A gift was ordered by my mother-in-law in Florida. This company is in Ohio and I'm in Pittsburgh.
It took 13 days to receive these cookies!
No wonder the red food coloring on the cookies has faded and the green in the chocolate Christmas trees is now pale!! And what's worse is trying to get someone to talk to!!!

My order has been delayed 4 days. I called for info. They sent me an email which was titled pissed email.
Horrible delivery and customer service
The order I placed was to be delivered for a holiday and to be delivered by a certain date. It was never delivered!
Customer service would not give me a full refund! I will NEVER order
From Cheryls Cookies or the parent company 1800 flowers again.
I will never recommend anyone order from there. Absolutely horrible customer service!!!

They replaced the stale cookies
I had to find the order in my emails because the clerk couldnt find it on my account. She promised to replace them with fresh ones. I am counting on you to do that.

What is the delay? I ordered from a competitor on the same day for someone else who lives close by, and they received their order on October 30th! The distance was similar.
I have ordered from Cheryls in the past, and this is the first time that I have been so unhappy with the delivery service. I hope that the baked goods will be fresh.

It's customer abuse to have me spend hours spelling, re-spelling over and over for MORE THAN TWO(@) HOURS with "Jerome" in Nicaragua and an hour with supervisor and- WHEW!HOURS with associates claiming either "account" or wrong numbers!! It turns out that Cheryl's CHANGES ORDE NUMBERS WHEN RE-DELIVERING!!!

Verified BuyerStill good, except some of my Christmas cookies from the tin were stale !! Not all cookies just the buttercream frosted red & green and the snowflake cute out cookies. They were not tasty!
I reported it, but no reply came back from Cheryls. I thought they were made months before in order to make plenty for the holidays or they were made last year and were frozen. They were not good!

Charged twice
I ordered using a promo code on 1/25/2023. I called for status and was told that there was no order.
I replaced the order and was told that the promo code expired. I ordered two days after receiving the catalogue.
I was charged $16.19 more than the original. Not only have I been charged more but they have charged me 2 times.

BUYER BEWARE! In spite of Cheryl's Cookies coming individually wrapped, they develop mold very quickly.
When I contacted customer service, they said a supervisor would call me back, they never did. So I am leaving this 1-star review in hopes that other people will read this before ordering from this awful company.
