It's customer abuse to have me spend hours spelling, re-spelling over and over for MORE THAN TWO(@) HOURS with "Jerome" in Nicaragua and an hour with supervisor and- WHEW!HOURS with associates claiming either "account" or wrong numbers!! It turns out that Cheryl's CHANGES ORDE NUMBERS WHEN RE-DELIVERING!!!

Ordered on October 26th. The recipient has not received the item yet.
What is the delay? I ordered from a competitor on the same day for someone else who lives close by, and they received their order on October 30th! The distance was similar.
I have ordered from Cheryls in the past, and this is the first time that I have been so unhappy with the delivery service. I hope that the baked goods will be fresh.

The tin of Christmas cookies were good except the buttercream frosted, and the snowflake buttercream frosted were stale.

Verified Buyer | Miami, FloridaStill good, except some of my Christmas cookies from the tin were stale !! Not all cookies just the buttercream frosted red & green and the snowflake cute out cookies. They were not tasty!
I reported it, but no reply came back from Cheryls. I thought they were made months before in order to make plenty for the holidays or they were made last year and were frozen. They were not good!

Just giving feedback
My original order did not go through so I called to order instead. I do not know why the order placed on line didnt go through.

Charged twice
I ordered using a promo code on 1/25/2023. I called for status and was told that there was no order.
I replaced the order and was told that the promo code expired. I ordered two days after receiving the catalogue.
I was charged $16.19 more than the original. Not only have I been charged more but they have charged me 2 times.

BUYER BEWARE! In spite of Cheryl's Cookies coming individually wrapped, they develop mold very quickly.
When I contacted customer service, they said a supervisor would call me back, they never did. So I am leaving this 1-star review in hopes that other people will read this before ordering from this awful company.

I have used Cheryl's multiple times a year for cookie delivery bot to my clients and family. This "Sympathy" order was placed on 2/5/22 to a client that had just lost his wife.
The order was confirmed with a ship date of 2/24. NEVER HAPPENED, NO NOTIFICATION. Called on 2/26/22, customer service would reship. FedEx returned the shipment on 3/1/22 because it was damaged in the shipment.
Reordered on 3/10/22 and was finally delivered on 3/15/22.
I think Cheryl's should return my money for the aggravation. After all the "Sympathy" cookie basket was over a month late.

Late delivery of orders
Dont expect dwDelivery set up for 4/15/22 for 4 Easter orders but only one made it before Easter. Othets arrived sometime during the following week..
No communication from company on why.
So the other 3 families couldn't share the cookies at their Easter family gatherings. Refunded some of the cost but so disappointed and embarrassed.

Wasn't delivered when I asked why they said out of stock (why wasn't I notified of this!), pick another, order lost, 2nd order out of stock, pick again, will be shipped and refunding money, never shipped, then was told I was refunded not getting order so I call get apology, order will be expedited, didn't come. My granddaughters finally got their Valentine's cookies March 1st!!!
Customer service was horrible and apparently entire staff doesn't know what's going on or care! Will never order from again!!!!

Gift never shipped
I ordered a birthday gift basket on 1/4/22 for delivery by 2/3/22. On 2/2, I realized I never received an email about shipping.
I contacted the company by chat and was told that there were supply issues and I could request a reshipment. The agent ignored me when I asked why I wasn't notified that my gift would not be shipping as expected. I accepted a reshipment, with shipping scheduled for 2/7. Unsurprisingly, I still do not have a tracking number or shipping notice.
I tried to chat on 2/8 numerous times but chat just kept getting disconnected.
At this point, I just want my money back. If Cheryl's can't make that happen, I will be taking it up with PayPal and my credit card.

#3 your web site is hard to get to. This is the third time I've tried and the first time I've gotten this far and it looks like it isn't going to make any difference because I can't see a "submit" tab
